Add a Property on LansingMIPay

Once you have logged into LansingMIPay you can search for your property by following the steps below: 

 

1. Click Connect Property



2. You can search by "Property number", "Address" and "Owner name". Select your response and enter the information for your property.




3. The results of your search will be displayed. Confirm these are the correct properties and connect them to your account by clicking Yes. If something does not look right, click No.


Your property is now linked to your LansingMIPay profile. Bills will appear on the dashboard after signing in, and you will receive email notifications when new bills become available.
